Our ACRC Care Division is an important part of the Health and Social Care Services provided at West Bromwich African Caribbean Resource Centre. The Service is supported by contract agreements with Sandwell Adult Communities and Health.
Spot Purchase Agreements are more suited to the individual needs. A user may have returned home from hospital and need home care for a short period until they are recovered enough to care for themselves.
Who is Home Care For
Home Care is for people who may have difficulty in performing every day tasks that are needed in the home. This may be due to illness, age or a combination of the two. The aim of Home Care is to provide practical support to such individuals and their carers to make it possible for them to remain in their own home.
