The Care Team

ACRC Care recognise that our service is only as good as the team that provides the care. First and foremost from our staff we expect honesty, integrity, reliability and above all compassion.

We invest heavily in training. Many of our staff hold National Vocational Qualifications, but all are trained on our in house training programme covering all areas of the care we can provide.

For your additional peace for mind, all staff are vetted and written references taken when they commence employment with us. Also, managers and staff are registered with their relevant statutory bodies.

Care Assistants, the backbone of our service, provide the 'hands on' care. We do our utmost to recruit people who will focus on the client and meet their needs as far as is possible in a caring manner.

The care assistants are trained and monitored by senior staff and are backed up by a strong Management team led by our ACRC Care Divisional Manager. 'On-Call' co-ordinators are available out of hours to deal with emergencies. Our Care Team is committed to delivering what we have promised you - care within your home.
