Our Employment & Training Division supports local people from deprived areas who want to get into the job market - including many who have been long-term unemployed. Our facilities at the Centre improve their chances with advice and training which helps them secure jobs successfully.
Employment & Training gives people of all ages and backgrounds the skills and confidence they need through a creative engagement programme which includes:-
redundancy counselling
initial goal-setting sessions
one-to-one advice
written action plans
access to staff with community languages
advice on a full range of employment support programmes
confidence-building support
