Our Employment & Training Division supports local people from deprived areas who want to get into the job market - including many who have been long-term unemployed. Our facilities at the Centre improve their chances with advice and training which helps them secure jobs successfully.

Employment & Training gives people of all ages and backgrounds the skills and confidence they need through a creative engagement programme which includes:-

 initial goal-setting sessions

 one-to-one advice

 written action plans

 access to staff with community languages

 advice on a full range of employment support programmes

 confidence-building support

 CV preparation and interview technique advice
