Our aim as an organisation is to maximise the potential of music, performance an
expressive arts in the West Midlands.
We are a young aspiring group of individually talented people working together to
strive for success in the world of entertainment. Collectively we have been involved
in the entertainment business for over 10 years performing in shows and play’s nationwide,
organising events and showcasing talent across the country.
We want to encourage children and adults of all ages, ethnic origins and backgrounds
to come and learn and take part in providing entertainment for the people of our
community and for the people of the world, just as we have. This will ultimately
give them an opportunity to express themselves and for troubled youths and adults,
a way of channelling frustration and negative energy into something positive, worth
wile and very rewarding.
Within a performance and expressive arts industry, we can provide mentors who specialise
in creative writing, music composition, acting, performance; video engineering and
specialised subject workshops (gun crime, drugs and child abuse)
We also provide workshops based on community hobbies and interests i.e. choreography
(dance), photography, D.j mixing, web design and other activities that could create
awareness to benefit our community and bring our artists and organisation into the
public eye.
Equality Records strives, through expressive arts, to create a unique environment
in which children and adults of all ages, abilities, and experience can feel free
to imagine, create, and welcome expressive arts into their lives. Equality Enterprise
provides a professional work environment that is challenging, rewarding, creative,
and respectful of ideas and individuals
The purpose of Equality Enterprise is to help inspire individuals and groups to achieve
their artistic goals as well as become self sufficient and equipped for the running
of their own businesses. To inspire, develop social and creative skills, bringing
the community and citizens closer together, help decrease the crime rate and help
build a better and brighter future for the next generation. Provide spring boards
to new and exciting careers, develop creativity and maximise the potential of music
and expressive arts through out the Black Country. Create job opportunities and experience
in the creative arts field
The main focus of the company is to encourage citizens of all ages to develop their
full creative potential through the technical, visual and software based learning
as well as performance and literature.
