Charity Law provides us with guidance and direction of how to operate our Charitable business.
Within the realms of Charity Law, we are required to conduct our business with full regard to the Governing documents. The our articles of association and memorandums of association. The documents give guidance on how we should conduct meetings make decisions and record events.
The finances of the charity are independently audited in accordance with Charity legislation and the regulations of Companies house. Each year we make financial returns to the Charity Commission and Companies House.
To assist the existing staff we utilise the services of Harvey Morgan Services and GP Brookes to prepare the accounts for audit and to carry out the annual auditing of the accounts.
