These packages are designed with you, the individual, in mind. Taking into consideration your personal needs and requirements to allow you to remain at home whilst maximising your independence.

Who uses our services?

Personal Support Packages (PSPs) are designed to cater for anyone who may require assistance to remain at home. Perhaps you have difficulties with mobility which affects your everyday living skills. The aim of the PSP is to provide practical support to such individuals as yourselves and their carers (where necessary) to make it possible for them to remain in their own home by providing support with daily living tasks. Home care services can help families who care for young adults and older adults in a number of ways.

How it works

One we receive your referral expressing an interest in our services we would arrange for one of our senior team to contact you with a view to making an appointment for a home visit. On this visit the senior member would look at completing a needs assessment. In short, this is just a method used to obtain information on your personal needs and preferences. This would help us to identify the services which could be beneficial to you. The information gathered would reflect in your personalised support package. A risk assessment would also be carred out around areas of concern. Once all this paperwork has been completed and agreed we would then look at arranging a date for your PSP to begin.
