Employment & Training Division
Service Statement
At WBACRC - Employment & Training Division, we work with others to improve the quality of life for people who are affected by poverty, unemployment, social isolation, and language or cultural barriers. In doing so, we aim to relieve poverty, distress and hardship.
By developing existing services and pioneeering new initiatives, we support and empower individuals and communities to help themselves, improve cohesion and create
opportunity and choice to overcome social disadvantage.
We aim to meet the constantly changing and diverse needs of people in some of the most deprived areas of Sandwell, and our activities now reach across the entire borough. We take pride in the reputation and respect we have earned through our passion, commitment and successful initiatives.
