The Rio Minho Association (UK) is a registered charity which was set up in 2003 to help benefit the people of Clarendon, Jamaica by sponsoring hospitals in the area namely:

• Chapletown Hospital
• May Pen Hospital
• Lionel Town Hospital
• Milk River Health Centre

The Association does not make cash donations but instead purchase much needed equipment which is handed over by a representative of the association in person.

The Association run various fund raising events throughout the year including trips, dances and other social events.
