About us Meet the staff Staff Profile - Shirlee Oliver Shirlee was born in Nottingham and moved to the West Midland aged 12. She attended Churchfields Comprehensive School in West Bromwich before attending Keele University to study Art History. Shirlee joined the Management Committee in 2008 and after being invited to manage the ACRC Care division on an interim basis she was then appointed the Divisional Manager in September 2010. Prior to this, Shirlee also worked in the media for 10 years as a Sales Executive and Paper Planning with Birmingham Evening mail and Voice Newspaper. Following this she worked for 9 years within various colleges in the West Midlands and holds a Training Quality Assessors Award. She spent 22 years within the financial sector working in various roles within the Nat West Bank including Small Business Advisor, Mortgage Advisor and Account Manager and was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award in 1997 and a Service Excellence Award in 1998. Shirlee holds a Registered Manager's Certificate as well as being a qualified Health Assessor and a member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science.
